Parents Convicted For Keeping Kids In Cages

A couple from Ohio was recently convicted for making their 11 adopted children sleep in cages made out of chicken wire. They were convicted for endangerment and abuse. The couple is Michael and Sharen Gravelle, both in their late 50. All of the children had special needs. The couple argued that they needed to quarantine the children to protect them from eachother. Michael and Sharen Gravelle are looking to up to five years in prison and fine of $10,000. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services reformed it's adoption guidelines.
